Available now is an unworn 18k yellow gold world time gents wristwatch featuring the white enamel dial with a cloisonné centre.   It has a 24 hour chapter ring and indication of 24 time zones on the outer edge of the dial.  The fixed 18k yellow gold bezel has the original brown leather strap and an original 18k yellow gold deployant clasp.  This stunning watch has never been worn and is still factory sealed.  It comes complete with a Patek Philippe box and papers dated 2014.
