Limited edition of only 1000 watches, this Royal Oak Offshore was released in honour of legendary Columbian racing driver Juan Pablo Montoya. Active since the 1990s, Montoya is a huge figure in contemporary motorsports, having won dozens of titles at some of the most prestigious racing events in the world. Audemars Piguet first released this special watch in 2002, when Montoya was at the peak of his career and the brand was still sponsoring F1. It is today one of the most collectable AP limited edition Offshores on the market, and features a carbon fibre bezel, unique “tapisserie” variation on the dial and chronograph sub dial hands in the colours of the Columbian flag. The movement is the in-house Calibre 2226/2840.
