A rarely seen and most charming World Time by Patek Philippe with the Grand Feu Cloisonné enamel dial with gold paillons. This model has slightly wider bezel than its predecessor and is cased in 18ct yellow gold. The case is 38.5mm in diameter and 10.23mm deep. It has a crocodile strap and folding clasp.
